This friendly, relaxed workshop will help you develop your understanding of the fundamentals of music theory: covering topics such as pitch, note values, time and key signatures, rests, clefs - and much more!
Learning music theory gives you a fantastic understanding of how music works, and is therefore guaranteed to make you a better practical musician; working on music theory regularly helps you to read music more fluently and confidently.
Includes a workbook, a bespoke activity pack, and light refreshments.
Dates: Friday 29 May, 10am-12pm (kids) (booking deadline: 22 May)
Saturday 30 May, 10am-12pm (adults) (booking deadline: 23 May)

- The minimum age for workshops is 7 years.
- A minimum of four participants is required for each workshop to be viable.
- There is a maximum capacity of ten participants per workshop.
- All sessions are to be paid for in advance via The Bee’s Keys online shop.
- Refund policy: Refunds are permitted up to 7 days before the session booked.
- Venue for workshops: The Bee’s Keys Piano Studio, Gipsy Lane, Swindon, SN2 8YY.
- Plenty of free parking / loos are available.
